JustBroadcaster YTEd is a video capture application that is also designed to connect to your YouTube account and facilitate live streaming without having to go through complicated configurations.

Just provide your YouTube credentials and allow the service to manage the account, input a small description for the broadcast and JustBroadcaster YTEd takes care of the rest. If you encounter any issues, make sure to try a different web browser.

Setup multiple scenes to streamline the recording process

Within the JustBroadcaster YTEd main window, you have the possibility to define multiple slides and customize their sources. The app allows you to use your iSight camera, a custom image, or a particular app window.

In addition, you get to decide if you want to capture the audio and select the sound devices you want to employ or choose to use a custom image as a background for the slides.

JustBroadcaster YTEd also comes with a collection of predefined templates that have different layouts, and when you create a new scene, you must use one of them. Since each area in a scene design can use a different source, you will have the option to put multiple windows or camera feeds together with minimal effort.

Broadcast live to your YouTube account while also recording the video

JustBroadcaster YTEd offers you the possibility to record your videos, and you get the change to specify the output folder and the video and audio bitrate for the capture. The utility saves the recordings to MOV files.

Unfortunately, during our tests, we have encountered issues while trying to broadcast to a YouTube account via Mozilla Firefox, so if you are having any issues, just try another web browser. The feature worked very well when using Safari.
